Hello everyone,
Fishing this spring has been fantastic. I have to say something about the health of the fish it is great this year even the little guys are day and fight hard the whole way in. Spring is midge season and this year has been no exception, catching then on #16-#18 in zebra midge patterns. Up river I have been doing real well on scud patters this year #12 pink, or ginger.
June flows are perfect 6,500-13,000cfs, and this has created tons of food, worms are now on the menu, #14, rust, brown, and red all producing fish. June is shaping up to be a really good month, watch future blogs for more details as the month goes on.
