Lees Ferry Fishing Report July 29 2019

The fishing at Lees Ferry continues to be excellent!

The cicadas are going off! I’ve never seen more cicadas flying in the air then I have this year. Wading has been good if you can find a place out of the high water. Bigger midges in the 16-18 sizes have been working better.

Spin casting at Lees Ferry continues to be great. The high water makes the walk-in a bit tough but it is fishing good. Please keep the monsoons in mind when you come up it has been getting wild out there.

Remember to click on the media tabs on the home page for up to date pics on the river!
